I did this on my copy of Converge Motion Zero-Two. Hit the area with hair dryer, you want to heat up the plastic. It might start to bend into shape on its own, but it should get flexible enough to wear you can guide it in place

Also note that SODO plastic will need much more heat than SHODO to get to bend.

You'll want to heat up the part, bend it back into shape, then hold it in place while it cools down.

This. I only want Kibaranger, so I'll probably pass on this set entirely instead of buying it and trying to sell off the other five. IMO extra rangers should always be sold separately because their unique designs attract a lot of people who only want that one figure.
