Never noticed that even though there was a time when I loved Kingdom Hearts... :lol

So I decided to give Blade another shot and watched the first five. The first episode was as dull and boring as I remembered, but things did pick up a bit in episode 2 with the introduction of Chalice. So far I'm entertained and interested, mostly just curious about Board and Chalice as a whole (why he talks in the Undead language, bleeds green, and has a different type of belt). The video quality is pretty lackluster, but it isn't terrible and could be worst.

So I'd so now that I finally watched past episode 1 that Blade isn't totally dull as it does appear things are slowly picking up steam.

That's terrifying to find out. Blade is my favorite series, but that quality...Good lord, that quality :lol

So I have like 10 ish episodes left of Wizard, and so do you guys think would be a good choice for my next series. I've watched Ryuki, Kabuto, Decade, W, and almost Wizard.

If you want something different, Hibiki. (honestly, this isn't because I'm subbing it, please don't think that. I think Hibiki is a good show.)

If you want something serious, Black, Faiz, or Blade. There may be more, but that's all I can remember.

Yeah, Blade's video quality is so bad that I have never touched the fansubs after getting the REgion 2 DVDs. I would rather watch the show raw in great quality than watch it subbed in piss poor quality.

Hibiki, Black, and Agito are all great choices. I'd probably recommend OOO, too. Or you can catch up and join in on the LWW of Den-O.

I'd recommend Agito, 555, or Black personally.

Also I would add in OOO, Blade, Kuuga, or Kiva too.

I'm gonna suggest Hibiki or Faiz, yeah.

I'm 11 episodes into Blade and still don't get the Michael Jackson/dance part of the OP video.

Admitted, the first one had a kinda freaky video. But the second one... omg, that was perfection.

The actors are all models so I guess it fits?

I've seen the second one independently before and it is indeed perfection. I kinda wish the show stuck with Round Zero and just used the second video.

I preferred Elements over Round Zero, it's one of my alarms lol. The second opening is so brilliant though.


Black Episode 15: Golgom continues with their Unforgivable plans. I only mention the word Unforgivable because Kotaro has mentioned it in every episode I've seen, I mean they are just getting worse and worse here. Trying to teach kids to be cruel is very Unforgivable. I definitely didn't like this Mutant Turtle lol. Still I love Kotaro going in and trying to safe the kids, and also love his Multi-Eye ability and all the other cybernetic powers he has, Black is so awesome.

I don't see why it should matter. Openings have nothing to do with the actual series. Personally though, I think the opening is down right awesome. Round Zero is such an amazing song too. Too bad they change it halfway through the series (not that Elements is a bad song, as it to is awesome, just not as awesome as Round Zero).

Of course, my favorite opening video still goes to Break the Chain. Just watching Kiva sit in a throne as flowers rain down on him is beautiful.

Yeah, Elements is amazing. Probably my favorite Rider Opening Theme. Though Round Zero is also a really good song.

Started watching Kamen Rider Black an six episodes in I´m liking it so far. The show is really enjoyable but man...Blacks attacks really hurt my eyes :lol

They don't call it the King Stone Flash for nothing :lol

Really puts the "Sun" in "Black Sun" :lol

I always got scared watching Black, like it would force me to develop photo sensitive epilepsy :lol

Thats pretty much the only thing right now about Black I really cant stand :lol

Yeah it hurts bad enough watching on a laptop I couldn't imagine watching it on my TV back home.

Try watching it on a laptop at night in a dark room.

On the upside, I know for a fact I don't have epilepsy.

Talking about watching Rider shows and pain, I'm like 4 episodes into 555 and the show already caused me pain- that's not a good start :lol

No seriously, I'm often watching with headphones on so that high-ptitched sound with his punch is really painful.

I am Still watching Kamen Rider Gaim and I begin to feel than Gaim is not your typical Kamen Rider Show. I mean The Villains are more threatening than any past Villain or maybe more threatening and dangerous than Shocker!

Who is my favorite Kamen Rider? Gaim. Because Gaim is Spider-Man of Kamen Rider you know both of them feel shame for letting their love one to die and must take responsibly.

Gen Urobuchi is the crazy head writer of Toku show ever! He's insane!

Mitsuzane Kureshima is universally HATED by Fan because of he's evil! I guess he went insane because all of Gaim member and his own brother favor Kouta over him

I feel like rewatching some of W for a bit. I just think (in my opinion) it's better than Gaim. I just loved Shotaro and Phillip, just a great group right there and Accel was okay. Then there was Eternal, geourgos Eternal. Loved those films. Though I still need to watch Accel returns and the hyper battle video so maybe after Wizard watch those.

Micchy's not hated because he is evil, Bicchy is hated because his being evil makes no damn sense. He just decided to hate Kouta over night for no reason whatsoever and it completely contradicts his personality from the first half of the show. I'd rather take an excuse that wearing those god awful clothes made him go crazy over "I just wanted to hate Kouta because."

Absolutely no reason? No, there're reasons. He said from the start, getting his Driver, that he wanted to protect Mai no matter what. No matter who he had to betray, no matter what he had to do. He wanted to protect her smile. And then she chose Kouta over him and that broke his obsessive mind and sent him off the deep-end of crazytown.

Having a girl choose a different boy than you does not give you an excuse to be evil.

It wasn't just Mai; that was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Micchy has been living his entire life up until the beginning of the series according to someone else's standards (Takatora's). He gets a taste of being a Rider, and enjoys the amount of control it allows him to have. He idolizes Kouta and Mai because of their ability to be adults and do what they want to do and believes that by becoming Ryugen, he'll be able to have control over things for once. Where Kouta and Mai only plan on having control over their own lives and typically use their gifts to help others, Micchy wants to control EVERY aspect of his life, including his friends. As the series goes on, his control starts gradually slipping (mostly as a result of Kouta's actions) and he takes more and more drastic measures to maintain it. Mai's slap made him snap because it made him realize that he no longer has control over anyone anymore.

Micchy leaps at the opportunity to help Redyue enslave the Earth because it means that he gets what he's wanted all along; control. And with Micchy's Ark, he finally gets a chance at his creepy, obsessive fantasy where him and all of his friends hold hands in a circle and dance around whimisically while Mai feeds him grapes or something.

Really, it's a classic case of someone gaining power and being afraid to lose it.

I guess so. I guess though this is also the problem as to having a show once a week and with a lot of annoying breaks in between. I might prefer Bicchy's fall into the darkside better once I rewatch the entire show in a short time span.
