Most Recent Super Sentai Villains are NOT great and they are same old villain with a lazy motivation of destroyed the earth for NO Good Reason.

They got a same treatment as MCU Villains! They both suck! I think Kamen Rider's Villains are more interesting and more threatening than Super Sentai's Villains!

If you watch Old School Super Sentai, Most of Villains are HUMAN! They are NOT Monster Suit Villains! Toei should save their money by having Villains being portrayed as Humans than Monster Suits! Watch Jetman?

Humans can be BAD GUYS TOO! Watch Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and Princess and the Frog? All of them were Disney Movie and their villains are HUMANS!!!

Anyway! What is your idea to make them GREAT again? Surprise me!

Sentai villains are always hit or miss. Most Sentai villains, regardless of era, have kind of been destroy/conquer the world. It's not just a recent thing. Riders do tend to have more interesting villains, but that's because they usually share a connection with the villain, rather than being the response team Sentai is.

As for human vs monster villains, eh, maybe it's what they want to do.

Should villains and monsters be more frightening ?

No they aren't. The Dethgalians are like that and you've just tarred everyone else with the same brush. As Matrixbeast said Sentai has always had "destroy/conquer the world" kind of villains, but most have had a reason to do so whether its flimsy or not.

And the fact the Dethgalians have no motivation IS THE WHOLE POINT. It's less about them having motivation and more about the fact Genus has absolutely no regard for any other lifeform and views their suffering as a game for his amusement.

Not to mention that villains who destroy for the sake of destruction can still be interesting, if their presentation is good.

I just kind of wish we could get more on Genis. He's pretty bland in comparison to Kubar and Bunglay since they're making him a bit too mysterious. Unless he really is just

I'm hardly the most qualified person to answer this but the word in question is ばりばり/bari bari in the Japanese. It's Bunglay's obligatory Sentai villain speech-tic and it's an onomatopoeia that can also mean "energetic/vigorous" as a noun or adverb, so "crackin'' isn't actually a bad translation for it.
