You all have failed to provide any reason as to why Decade can win other than "All riders."

Decade has the edge, sorry...can counter anything Kabuto can throw at him, especially in violent emotion when he just has all the powers at his disposal...now if it was the men IN the armor, Tendo would win period.

How? Please, explain this to me.

If Kabuto clocks up, what can Decade do? (Note: Transforming into Kabuto and using his Clock Up card IS NOT countering him. It's just putting them back where they started)
If Kabuto Hyper Clocks Up, what can Decade do? (Hyper Clock Up can freeze or reverse time, depending on what Kabuto wants to do)
If Kabuto takes Decade in a straight fight, what can Decade do? (Note that Kabuto's signature Rider Kick is a counter move in and of itself)

Saying Decade can counter Kabuto means nothing if you can't prove it.

So then are you saying Kabuto should of just won the whole tourny?

If no one can provide any adequate reason otherwise, yes.
Everyone says Decade is better and ends their statement there.

Decade:

• Can turn into any previous rider before him and utilize their powers
• Can destroy Undead and enter the Mirror World without an Advent deck
• Machine Decader can turn into previous bikes
• Most Powerful form: Complete form
• Complete form can summon the other Heisei Rider's most powerful forms or turn them into them.
• Can turn other Heisei Rider's into their FFR forms, however this is irrelevant in this battle, due to the battle only being between him and OOO.
• Can destroy other worlds, irrelevant in this battle, as the situation has their worlds merged to fight.
• Weakness: Belt can be removed from him, Ride Booker that contains his cards can be taken from him. When he summons the most Powerful form of another rider, he can only summon one at a time and has to keep pressing and removing the Ktouch. The Rider can only mimic Decade's actions

OOO:

• Has 137 combos (125 random, 5 main, 1 midseason upgrade, 1 Super Mode (PuToTyra), 1 Eleventh Hour Superpower (Super TaToBa), 2 special (TaMaShii and BuraKaWani), 2 alternative {with Kangaroo Medal}) possible due to mix-and-matching core medals
• Can revive any Rider turned into a core medal via Scanning charge.
• RideVendor, which comes in multiples; ToRideVendor can absorb excess energy from RaToraTah combo and allow him to function properly.
• Can turn into a one man army via GataKiriBa combo; by creating multiple clones or turn into each of his Single colored Combos (and TaToBa) by granting enough of the GataKiriBa clones the Core Medals needed. Can also conduct electricity from it's horns.
• RaToraTah can blind and scorch opponents with the light it radiates, and can run at super speed
• SaGoZo can control gravity and wields super strength
• TaJaDor can fly and use a Giga Scan, turning into an enormous FireBird with the Red Cores or create a black hole using the Purple Cores

• PuToTyra can freeze opponents, and wield the MedaGabryu in Bazooka Mode. Also allows OOO to keep cell medals within his body to use for one huge devastating attack. Can also shatter other medals. Keeping the Purple medals allows Eiji to turn into a Greeed as well
• Super TaToBa is an advanced form of TaToBa from the future, allowing OOO to keep up with those who stop time/can accelarate through time, by momentarily stopping time itself
• Weakness- Cores can be taken from him, Belt can be removed in extremely close proximity. If shifts into Greeed form, may go beserk.
