Not really...Shipping from Japan never exceeded $20 for me.
If I was middlemanning it, then yeah, it'd probably triple in price, but ordering from HLJ or Amiami the shipping was never really killer if you could wait the extra week it'd take to reach you.

Hell, I think the only (Non-exclusive) Figuarts I've bought from retail that exceeded $55 were Ryuki and maybe Dark Kiva (Don't quite remember his price).

Since you sent the money on Friday, it would be Saturday over there in most cases. Japan is like 15 hours ahead of US Pacific Time. So even if you sent it early Friday at 12AM, afternoon-ish in Japan, it'll take at most a day to get it ready and have it shipped out. They probably have packages picked up/dropped off at a certain time in the afternoon. With that said, like most other online sites, they probably don't operate on the weekends, only on business days (M-F). So I would expect to hear something from them within the next 24hrs.

Lucky you, my last one from AmiAmi was over $100 in shipping alone.

Well, I generally order one or two Figuarts. So the weight is minimal and the size is tiny.

Most I ever paid for shipping was $68 from Mandarake for Machalcon. I'm sure they could've shipped it for less if they stopped using such huge boxes. The Machalcon box was snug tight, but with the height of the shipping box, you can fit two more Machalcon boxes. I've only placed two orders with them and both time the boxes were too big for the items in it. Its good in case it accidentally gets crushed and doesn't damage the items, but still, when you start to reach a certain amount, you'd want to save some money.

But Japanese mail system goes by weight, not box size, so it's really the extra padding that's jacking the shipping up.

Huh, I've never been to that site before. They have several figures I'd like to pre-order (Den-O, Scorpio, Raia, Tiger, and their prices are very decent. But I don't know if I want to wait that long to get them. Most of the figures I'm looking at I would pay a little extra to get DHL shipping from Mandarake, and I think the prices would be close to the same.

In your experience, how soon to they get their product in, after it's out in Japan? I'm usually patient, but I've been enjoying the Ryuki Figuarts a lot, not sure how patient I will be with the upcoming releases.

I'd like to get Raia, but they're skimping on half his cards (I think he only had the Sword Vent/Strike Vent whip and Final Vent)...

If I had to guess, the rest will turn up with Genocider whenever that turns up for Pre-Order.

She was a web exclusive, so you would have had to pre-order her through a middleman. Since the ordering window's been over for a while, you'll have to find one on the secondary market. Mandarake's sure to have plenty of her soon.

They should just release Figuarts of all the Extra Heroes. DekaMaster, Dekaswan, Wolzard Fire (Korrag, I believe), MagiMother, Black Knight, Kurojishi Rio (*coughcough*), Mele, Signal Man, and Zuban...(I think the female Shinken Red got released already)

Right now, I think DekaMaster has an extremely high chance for release what with DekaRed's announcement...

Yeah, I dont buy sentai figures cause completing a team can pricey. But if they made the mmpr (zyurangers?) I would be obligated to buy 50. I'd do some pretty interesting things for a green and white ranger. Combining weapons, ugh come on bandai I just want to give you money.

I'd think if they did release the Zyurangers, TyrannoRanger would just come with his sword and the combined weapons. Would be a lot easier than making the weapons be able to separate and combine.

They're doing combining weapons with the inordinate powers from Akibaranger, so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to have the Zyuranger's weapons combine.

They're doing a lot of unique things with Akibaranger though.
Until they do it with other Sentai releases, I wouldn't hold my breath.

They'd need to do a team with combining weapons first. XP

If they do Zyurangers, you'll only get a Dragon Ranger, since Kiba (the white ranger) was part of a totally different series. He'll most likely be smaller than the others too :lol Also, considering that every figure aside from the reds for even Jetman and Dekaranger are exclusives, you'd literally have to give them all your money if you want to buy that many.

I don't see why the Zyurangers weapons wouldn't be able to combine though, it's not like they'd need to do anything overly elaborate and it would encourage people to buy the full team.

I can see Dragon Ranger getting a wide release. Bandai has to know how huge the demand for that would be from the West.

Do we even know if bandai is planing on doing zyurangers or did I just miss something important.

Oh come on, you know they will eventually get to them. Eventually, every Sentai team will be released as a Figuart.

I have to say I like him better than Ryuki except for one minor problem, his stupid plugs fall out of his gloves just by looking at them wrong. I mean, even though they would fall off Ryuki, it only happened when I touched them. On Knight, the plugs keep falling of before I even grab him, especially the left one. I think I might put a dab of glue on them so they don't fall off since they do not need to be removed like Ryuki's.

Oh, and his right wrist is really loose, so he can't hold his sword upward for more than a few seconds unless I have his arm tilted towards his head. Other than those two issues, he is great. I think I'm going to get Ouja next.
