Alright, so, something new and interesting! 02 Driver! I DEFINITELY agree that that thing looks like a permanent upgrade than anything else, and I’m so here for it. Reminds me of how Ichigou and Nigou’s new forms were very much permanent too, and it’s an interesting direction. Really gotta wonder what prompts him to do this

I don't really know how it would happen, but I really want Aruto to be the one actively responsible for the Zero-Two driver's creation. I know he doesn't have the ability to just make it himself like Sento would, but I feel like it's really important for this 'Rider Reborn!' thing to have come from him in a big way.

sure I like that but ever since I've laid my eyes upon 02 and knowing it's the final form, I just don't want any needless addition to it. It's already too good on its own.

If they do pull a Ultimate Kuuga I can see them doing this for the very final episode or if not a movie taisen or v-cinema movie.

The discussion constantly looping around Zero-Two is probably, because that's really all there is to talk about. The scans didn't give us anything as far as plot details and all the "new" episodes are recaps with very little new information except for the Azu stuff.

Does the Zero-Two unit get summoned when Aruto activates the Zero-Two Progrise Key? The unit switches the Zero-One unit like transporting and switching.

I've been thinking about it for a while, and I think I finally get my stance on Zero Two.

Rising Hopper was a great base form, Proto-Zero One still held on to that but looked more built for raw battle. Shining was a clear upgrade, and Assault Shining had that in its favor too. All of these forms looked like one another, carrying the series motif throughout the various upgrades. Metal Cluster was completely different, but at least for me, made up for it by tying up Aruto's main goal (in that now he could save Humagear.)

Whenever I look at Zero Two, I'm just... confused. This looks like nothing else in the series. Yes, it is a nice nod to Nigo, but it doesn't have any of the previous series' motifs. If it has a significant role in Aruto's development, then I'm willing to forgive it, but for the moment, I have a hard time accepting this wildly left-field design as a final form.

This also goes for the possible last-moment form.

I can see that. I only like the form for what it means for the character, not for how it fits into the series. If Zero Two proves itself to be just as important, then it may wind up being one of my favorites.

I hope Zero-Two's primary finisher is a Rider Punch than a Rider Kick. While both he and Ichigo used it, Rider Punch is somewhat more associated with Nigo.

Plus I'd really love an idea of a Rider prioritizing a Rider Punch than kick for once, it helps the uniqueness of Zero-Two as a final form even more.

No way he won't have a kick. But since Zero Two has the power to become two, he should do both the punch and kick at the same time!

Agreed. And besides, a good number of final forms don't even kick or punch and rather finish things off with weapons mostly so that would be nice for a change.
