It's hard to tell whether Vice has wheels, so it could be either. Also, while I can see how that would relate to Ex-Aid, it's not much different than Ptera Genome turning into a hoverbike. While Baksou Bike and Shakariki Sports are sports games, I wouldn't call that the series gimmick any more than the other types of games (although arguably robots might count due to the armour-bots).

I'm under the suspicion that the belt we saw is an attachment for Vice's buckle.

I think Vice Jackal might be a snowboard, with the Ex-Aid eye pieces worked in as snow goggles on Revi. Although in the picture it looks like it's just hovering

I do also feel like the eyes look like snowboard goggles, but it probably is a hover-snowboard in that case given it doesn't really snow this season.

So, now we know what 8 of the 10 First Vistamp Forms look like, so, for the first 10 revealed Vistamps, we know of Rex, Megalodon, Eagle, Mammoth, Ptera, Lion, Jackal, and Kong. We know about what those 8 Forms look like.

And the way that Evil's Eyes look makes me think that the Bat Genome might be Ghost-themed (or at least Dark Ghost Themed). It would make sense.

Evil's Bat genome faceplate is basically a bat that has wrapped its wings around itself and perched upside-down if you look close. The chin area are the ears, those emerald markings on its mouth area are the eyes, and the way its horn is designed resembles wings.

So Vice is a hoverboard! Also, cool to see that Jackal Genome's face is on the back like in Ex-Aid. Interesting that the hammer that combines with the axe/gun that turns into the sword seems to debut with the Ex-Aid form... can't see this as a coincidence.

Evil kind of reminds me of Saikou with the pointy front mask. I like how he's bat themed, even though he doesn't looks very batty, and his design revolves around paint splotches. I guess the driver from the last episode might be for one of the future Riders, possibly stemming from FENIX should they become the villains.

Can't really tell if Jackal Genome has Ex-Aid's eyes or not, but Lion looks cool even if Vice looks like Ryukendo.

So Ptera and Jackal Genomes transform Vice into vehicles, basically, which I guess corresponds to Faiz and Ex-Aid having transforming bikes or characters transforming into bikes.
I didn't know Lion + Kuuga could look so cool.
I guess that kind of fits the rumors of a Kaijin Rider since the base form is a bat. I guess if he remains on brand he'll have maybe a Spider and a Cobra form.

my answer as to why vice turns into a hoverboard when only two of the gashats in ex-aid were sports themed is that it plays into the whole rad 90s look that ex-aid kinda has

like you cannot convince me that ex-aid doesn't look like a toku version of those radical cool kids in 90s cartoons and shows

Not really. They have been edited to look more Rider-esque and less like Ex-Aid's Eyes. However, Vice's Jackal Genome Snowboard/Skateboard/Hoverboard Mode does have Ex-Aid's Face on it.

Also, I wonder if some fanartist will create Vice Forms for Ptera Genome and Jackal Genome that aren't these forms.

The Bat Vistamp seems to be like Revice's T-rex Vistamp as in it's just the riders base form and the stamp has no association with any past rider.

If the Bat Vistamp is based upon no Past Riders, it at least takes inspiration from Dark Ghost like how Revice takes inspiration from Den-O. In fact, the inspirations might be deeper. As Revice includes the Host (Ikki Igarashi/Revi) and the Demon (Vice), which is similar to how Den-O has the Host (Ryotaro Nogami) and the Imagin (Momotaros, Urataros, Kintaros, Ryutaros, Sieg, etc), Evil/this guy has the Human using all of the power of the Vistamp, similar to Ghost.

the weapon is sick. you can pretty much make out the gimmick, too. it probably turns into a gun mode by turning the blade 180 degrees and folding the tip

his design in general makes me think of ink which is pretty neat considering the show's centered around stamps

someone else caught that the display on the driver is just side shots of evil/live's helmets, so we have a tiny idea of what live will look like.

That and I think it's because Evil is Daiji (or whoever Evil is)'s Deadman. To play along with Vice's stitches motif and Orteca's buttons. So, I think that pretty much gives a hint that the Deadman is in control of Evil and Live is the actual person.

I dig the very punk-esque look of Evil's zipped-up leather jacket with paint/ink splotches all over. The fact that the splotches are seemingly random implies the suit went through the same thing as Xross Saber, with the designers literally going around the suit and adding in the splotches themselves (although hopefully the process was less of a hassle this time around).

I don't trust that blade form/mode to survive through the whole show (then again the prop version will probably have the blade more securely connected to the handle).

As much as I like the new Rider's design, I can't help but think that his weapon looks a little awkward to use. Would have been better if they extended the back of the blade up to his forearms to balance it or something like a bladed tonfa.

yeah this is definitely off-putting. his weapon isn't far off from being the size of a dx toy - it absolutely would've worked better as a bladed tonfa. warframe's designs come to mind.

kamen rider weapons being impractical isn't a new thing, but evil's weapon really stands out. you'd break your wrist if you swung around a little saw which is pretty much what his weapon is. considering how early he'll be making his debut, I'm hoping he isn't stuck with this for the entire show.

the weapon is pretty much just a really shitty bayonet - which is a damn shame because an actual bayonet would make for a really sick kamen rider weapon.

I could buy this. this show has so many rider candidates as it is - it would only make sense for evil to be someone associated with our current cast in some capacity.

I know someone was thinking Ghost for Evil Bat Genome's motif earlier, but maybe it could be Blade? I mean the whole faceplate does resemble Blade as well as Ghost so either way it's all good.

There is no rider that's linked to the Bat Vistamp other than Evil himself. It's the same case as Revi's Rex Vistamp. Dunno why I keep seeing this idea in a lot of places, it's his base form. It'd be extremely odd if a rider's identity is based on another rider's.

I mean, while it's not Rider, Zenkaiger exists.

Something I do find interesting about Evil is that his silhouette is... extremely Blade. There's most obviously the head being straight up that beetle horn, but the placement and shape of the torso and leg armour also matches up completely with Blade. Add to that his weapon being a blade, and... well, it's hard not to consider a connection here!

I keep seeing that picture of George's SHF collection and I find it interesting that it's got Grand Zi-O there in amongst all the main rider's base forms. Is it a safe bet that's foreshadowing for the Zi-O form being based on Grand? That would also line up with it apparently being the big robo form.

I could see it, a giant time-mazine inspired robot with a normal head and statues of the all of the Revi and Vice Genomes.
