That can't be the case as his driver is orange in the promo material and Daybreak's is red. Spanner's master is working on making him a driver as she was the one that created the arsenal they currently use. Rinne should be getting hers from Daybreak as the rumor is that it's Fuga Kudo whom hid himself in the Gotchard driver during the attack in which he was seemingly killed.

If you look you cant fully tell the color of Spanner's driver, but if you look at the driver itself. Hes using the daybreak attachment part, I haven't seen a close up, so I'll just say I'm wrong on that

Valvarad has a unique way of combining cards. It's a little hard to see, but on the box there is an optional form from Gutshovel and Jyamatoorochi (Both Level 8 Cards). I am not 100% certain, but if Machwheel is Level 6, then it seems that he can combine any two of the Vehicle and Occult categories of the same level.
