I think going back to a slightly upgraded version would be too much of a step back after Black/White 2, but I also don't think we need two different versions again. So Z is the most logical choice. Then again, the pronunciation differences across countries might make that awkward :lol |

"Too much water" "Too many HMs" I think IGN needs better reviewers. :| |

...Youve got to be kidding me. |
It's like complaining about spending a half hour traversing across the seas in Windwaker.
As in fucking tedious. It's a valid complaint. |
I still find it funny how the originals were higher in reviews than the remakes.
The originals also had -Too much water and it was slower and more annoying -Too many HMs -Unable to connect with previous games -One of the worst post games(Only Battle Tower, Rayquaza and a Trick House course IIRC) But of course it's only rated higher because of the hype Pokemon had back then and those were the games where the hype began to decline. EDIT: Also, Hoopa's new forme looks awesome up close! https://pbs.twimg.com/media/B2we1G6CYAA2Wec.png |

but too many HMs I don't think is, and if that's the only other major complaint you have, then the game, I'm sure is just fine. |

True, but that was 12 Years ago. The standard for Pokemon is significantly higher now then it was then. I think 7.8 is a good score. |
Pokémon Bank has an update out now.

You know what's the thing i hate the most in Gen 3? By the time you get Agronn it's like 75% water types, ergo it's really hard.

It'll do. |
Battle Frontier is completely deconfirmed, although I suspect most sensible people had already worked this out.
Firstly we've had reviewers mention lack of post game content, but more damningly several reviewers have tweeted about the lack of Battle Frontier but have had to pull their tweets down due to embargo. Battle Resort is a 2nd Daycare, Battle Tower and Battle Maison. A bit sad, really... |

I loved it, it was really challenging bit that's what made it great for post-game. Extra motivation for EV Training! Apparently a lot of NPCs mention it, but I don't think that necessarily implies DLC like the reviewer thinks.
I dunno, I'm just a bit disappointed by the slowly growing amount of nixed features. Serebii also mentioned in a tweet that there's no hidden Megas. |
The Battle Frontier's exclusion is a huge loss.
The absolute lack of a post-game sucked in RS and it really freaking sucked in XY. Now there's none in ORAS still. Something to actually do after beating the game is a pretty important factor. |
You guys are forgetting Delta Episode which IS a Post game event. :|
|
I doubt it'll be very long. Definitely won't consume hours like the BF did.
People have also mined the Pokebank update. DEFINITELY no new Megas. |
you know despite all of this complaining, people are still going to buy the games. And at least the game won't be as buggy as some other recent releases *cough*assassinscreedunity*cough*
|
Blaziken doesn't get Ice Punch by level up like people thought, so some of the Move Tutors from the demo leak could change.
|

Unless it gets a score of, like, 3/10, then people will typically still buy it. |
Looks like the Lati@site can be transferred between ORAS and X&Y.

Did anyone else preorder the game from Walmart for the figures? I've never preordered from them before.
