I mainly would get an amazon order for spare guys to put alternate armors on. They take forever to ship, and don?t charge right away. Perfect place for a back up that can be cancelled whenever.

As much as I expect Bun Red to get released sometime during this year, I'm wishing more for a figuarts of Boondario complete with portable stove,chair, and curry pot. :lolol
I mean, if Earth Garon could do it, why not him, right? And I don't expect no transformation gimmick, just a figure of Boondario that we all could pose to make him look like he's cooking curry. :lolol

I'm not so sure about getting Bun Red this year.

We never got Don Murasame, and all the Reds so far don't seem to move well at retail so I expect Sentai SHFs to die again very soon.

Of course, it's not guaranteed. But judging by the releases so far since Zenkaiger I'd say we could at least expect a red ranger (or in Zenkaiger's case, the lead ranger) from Bandai if not within this year at least by the time the show ends next year. That said, I really hope they release Boondario. :lolol

lol. Not true. The name is presented in Japanese, in Japan and the rest of Asia,真骨彫製法, and each syllable is its own character. In America, it has been abbreviated as both SS AND SKC by bandai. As someone who has both worked for a Bluefin affiliate and a Bluefin distributor, I've seen both SS and SKC on solicitations. I know that even in Gamestop's system, seihou figures were abbreviated as SKC. So you're wrong. Stop throwing a fit over what other ppl do and get a grip.

Now can we go back to talking about the figures? What do you guys hope the next 2 reveals are? Im personally banking on either ryuki or a possible sakurajima reissue.

Thats because their site machine translates, or in this case romanizes, the japanese sites text. They probably have the machine translations set to romanize the seihou name and then translate everything else. In the states, bandai either romanizes the name or just abbreviates to either SKC or SS in store listings.

I think the problem is that bandai is trying to market modern sentai to older collectors whereas most older collectors don't really like modern sentai as much as they do older entries. The seihou gokai red was a good start, but bandai fouled it up by using rubber on the torso, causing paint rub and paint transfer from the collar to the helmet just from contact. It became far less desirable and its price dropped a decent bit. I think if they focused on fan-favorite series and ironed out the kinks before release, sentai figuarts have a chance of not dying out for a second time.

We will hopefully get don murasame soon at least since it was put on display.

But where do they abbreviate it like that exactly. If it's store listings then it's the store doing it on their own, not Bandai.

I'm just asking because DH21965 mentioned Bandai using it in official context but I don't remember that at all.

What I mean by official is: Their website, their Twitter, their Instagram. Something like that. Not store listings or forums.

At this point I've given up hope.

The upcoming crossover movie will be the last time Don Brothers is relevant in the near future, if it isn't happening around that time then we won't get it.
