Any Rayquaza that knows Dragon Ascent can. My V-Create Event one can Mega Evolve. An Old Woman at Meteor Falls can teach Dragon Ascent to any Rayquaza.

Are you importing your Rayquaza from X or Y into ORAS?

You can have your shiny Rayquaza "relearn" Dragon's Accent to mega evolve. Just go to the move reminder and make sure it's at least above the level of the in-game Rayquaza.

I passed over all my shinies from X. Using a shiny Mega rayquaza was one of the things i was hoping to do most when it was announced.

Oh, that's nice. I didn't wanna import any Pokemon from my X copy since I like to start fresh and stock up on Pokemon from that respective game.

But, there was that one time when I imported my Blaziken from my Black 2 into my Pokemon X game. That was the only time I did something like that.

Almost done transferring my competitive Pokémon to Omega Ruby. Just one more row to go.

After my while 3ds internet crisis subsided, I finished transferring all of my Pokémon with items over to Omega Ruby. Here's how you do what I did:
1. Catch some junk Pokémon in ORAS (Poochyena, Zigzagoon, etc.)
2. Put it up on the GTS and ask for the Pokémon you want to transfer that has an item on it. (You can't trade over your mega stones though)
3. Go to Pokémon X or Y and head to the GTS. From there you look for the Pokémon you deposited and trade it for the Pokémon that had the item.
4. Proceed to ORAS GTS and claim your Pokémon.

This process may take a while if you intend to transfer a box full of Pokémon. (Like I did)

I don't know a whole lot about competitive play when it comes to Pokemon, but I do know that Umbreon is far from trash. Attack stat isn't everything you know.

Anyway, I have a week until ORAS so I'm passing time trying to breed a shiny Buneary before release (never actively tried to masuda method something before). Currently 420 eggs and still nothing :(

Dude, Gengar is a GHOST/POISON TYPE. Also, Dark types are awesome.

Why? There are some really good Dark types. Mandibuzz and Skuntank are really fun.

My brother wants me to sell my Pokemon X cartridge so he can afford a copy of Omega ruby... I know i pretty much did every that there is to do in X but i've put so many hours into it that i've grown attached to the game... I'm not sure i can part with it.

Sell it when you buy Pokémon Z?
