Anyway, before I vote and start Rage Triggering, I'm gonna have to think about this one.

This is like the Numerical Motif poll 2.0. Since, basically, W was a non-factor in that poll as well.

Are we assuming Ankh is in the background somewhere throwing Eiji his coins and telling him which combos to use?

You gotta remember in Megamax, during the fight with the Masquerade Dopants, Waste Yummy and Dustards, Eiji fought by himself with no assistance from Ankh, so no, Ankh is not helping him in this battle

Man.....I had my whole reasoning typed out here but then I got the "sever is too busy" message and lost it all.

Well, then. Long story short. I'm horribly horribly biased towards OOO and that's why I voted for him. All of his random and full combos I think have more versatility than Decade and the 9 riders that preceded him.

I am going with OOO because from what wonderful show he can have all of his main combos on at the same time. Plus I feel like each the combos could match or counter powers Decade would have.

OOO wins for me too. His super TaToBa can keep up with Decade's Kabuto and accel form Faiz. He can Fight at close range thanks to his medajalibur or tiger claws or Eel whips etc.. And can fight long range with his Stag lightning and Taja spinner or even the gun form of Medagabryu so he can counter pretty much any of Decade's rider changes/ability cards etc

Oh and he has an awesome bike/vending machine/Robo lion thing =]

I'm going to go with OOO's as well. As RiderSkyward pointed out already, OOO's seems to have a core combo that can counter whatever form Decade changes into. Add in the fact that with the GataKiriBa combo he can duplicate himself tenfold and it seems Decade has his hands full...literally (if I remember correctly, the clones aren't any weaker than Eiji which definitely gives him a boost). On top of that, Super TaToBa being able to stop time is just plain awesome :D

As much as I hate to say it, I think OOO's wins in this one. The more powerful powers that Decade has rely on the others Riders being there, but since that was eliminated in the description, I think OOO's would take him. Though it would probably be closer than some might think.

Still going Decade. Even if using all the clones, Faiz blaster form could take them out, since he can pull the ultimate forms, he can use hyper clock up then, so that counters time, turn into Ryuki Survive and use his bike in dragon form for extra firepower...despite the multipul forms Decade is still able to get a leg up. I'm sure even hibiki's ultimate attack would take out the multipul forms, plus you have Blades iron form for defense...and of course clock up/accel for the speed...

Decade for me all the way...
