They are, but the two I have are SOOOO worth it. And Exia is relatively inexpensive on Mandarake, like $110-$120 plus shipping, which isn't bad, I've got a few 3rd Party TFs that cost me that much, and Exia is far better than them.

I myself just got the Metal Build Exia Repair AKA Terminator Exia. Its pretty damn boss, with some light weathering details and battle damage in all the right places. Of the two Metal Build Exias, I'd definitely recommend Exia Repair because of the very unique look it has. Interestingly enoungh it comes with more parts to make your regular Exia look more like a screen-accurate Exia R2. I'll post pictures soon when I can. It comes with a nice "damaged" personalized stand and everything. I just love the crack effect on the clear plastic chest piece. Think they'll come around to making a Metal Build OO Qan[T]? |
I preordered Pokémon Y, and Gamestop gave me a sweet rubber band with a bonus poster underneath it.

Snagged a Ryuga off of Mandarake for 7000-something yen! Very happy to have this in hand (and not pay $100+ for it). I didn't expect to receive the mailer box too, nice surprise there.
Also snagged a TFSS Breakdown from anubis20 on TFW. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...psfeb6a76d.jpg |
