But...she technically wasn't a Princess anymore at that point...she went back to being Luna, it does seem like she has a lot more fans than Celestia though. (Speaking of Princesses...NO ONE spoil it for guncannon!)

Yes, the reason she's called "Princess" is because in Disney movies...anyone with the title "Queen" is typically evil.

Also, Celestia does get a rather bitchin crown in the season 3 finale. Still a Princess, though x3

A princess is a female monarch of a principality. I think Equestria is a principality, even if it isn't called such because kids don't know what a principality is.
Plus, royalty is weird in MLP. Apparently you can earn it by understanding a magical aspect about a life lesson. So far we've seen a unicorn that became royalty because of a true understanding of friendship (though technically the Royal Wedding made her part of a royal family) and a pegasus that did the same but with the power of love.

I'm not accepting Cadance's backstory until it's confirmed in show.

Though he could just as easily get spoilers by jumping back about 10 pages. The S3 finale wasn't that long ago.
Plus the Hub spoils a lot of stuff. If Guncannon watched Transformers Prime at all back in January, he'd have seen spoileriffic adverts for the show's season finale spectacular. Hasbro ain't subtle.

It's still just common courtesy, though.
It's like when someone announces they're watching a KR or Sentai series. The What Are You Watching threads are filled with spoilers, but it's not fair game to start posting them :lol

I did watch Prime, but it was on Teletoon On Demand. So yeah, I'm going into the series completely blind.
