The thing about collecting is I dunno why I fucking do it. I look at my figures on my shelf, and smile and think they look cool, then I move on. Sitting on that shelf is hundreds of pounds worth of stuff, I don't even touch.

It's killer...There's always something you don't have...

I'm in a similar situation, except a good chunk of my figures are in their boxes because of a lack of space :lol
Don't know why I'm driven to collect such toys and figures, but I do.
For example, I'm driving myself crazy as I wait for the upcoming SHF Blade reissue/US release, but in all honesty, I don't have the space to display him at the moment :lol

And just as you get a new figure you are already thinking about the next one. It's just painful...

I don't even have them in display, I don't have shelves or anything for that, some of the lucky ones are in my closets and so on, but for the biggest part they are in boxes.

I do play with them a lot so I guess that counters it :p

So Beware the Batman is finally back from hiatus with another great episode. I gotta say, I'm pleasantly surprised with how good this series has been so far.

Yeah, it has been solid so far. To date my favorite is the one with Magpie

Hopefully not GO, I really don't want to have GO translated and delay another good Transformers series from being produced.

I was legitimately surprised how much more I enjoyed Rescue Bots over so many other TF series, most especially Japanese TF series.

RescueBots is a good series. It just got panned because alot of DieHard TF fans went all frothing at the mouth because no Optimus (Aside from cameoes), limited Bumblebee, and it skewing towards a much younger audiance.

That's rather ironic.
TF fans bitching like mad over Bee's rampant prevalence and over-reliance on Prime, then a series is released with neither Prime nor Bee as main characters, and they bitch over the lack of Prime and Bee?
Man, some fandoms really are unpleasable :lol

The storylines are good to. They're not overly kiddish, like you might expect. They struck a nice balance. The toys are lacking though. I wouldn't mind the characters from Rescue Bots getting a proper release in the Generations line.

I'd jump at the chance to have a Generations Chase and Heatwave.

And I'll agree. The stories weren't anything complex, but it wasn't Dora or Elmo levels of talking down to the audience.

Long as their headsculpts still have the fireman's helmet and police hat :lol

My memory sucks, but I'd like the Helicoptor and the Bulldozer to both be Voyagers. There aren't enough Voyager releases anymore outside of Prime.

Nah. They were all the relative same size in the show. The one chance they have to keep the scale by keeping them all in deluxes and they throw it away by turning Boulder and Blades into voyagers?

Hey guys, shameless plug here. We're finally returning to air book/season 2 of Legend of Korra starting on the 13th! Hope you guys enjoy! Half of this season's animation was done by Studio Pierrot in Japan, famous for the Naruto movies/series and the other half by Studio MIR.

I really need to get my friend to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender, mainly because her only experience with the franchise is the M. Night Shyamalan film.

Honestly, now that I'm older and wiser, I have no idea what they were thinking when they hired a guy whose instincts told him to remove Sokka's humorous nature and condense 20 episodes into a 90-minute film.

You know, I like watching Cartoon Network for Tom and Jerry, Loony Toons, and now TDI. But damn, do the commercials/insert segments just make my brain hurt.

Finally got around to watching the seventh episode of Beware and it was awful.

It was such an action heavy episode that it really drew attention to how poor this shows animation is. Then again everything felt off this week, the scenes between Bruce and Ravencroft became uncomfortable in how unnaturally and awkwardly they both seemed to move.

On bulkier models, the style suits them just fine, but on much more streamlined designs like Batman's costume, all the women, the ninja etc they just look horribly gangly, like barely fleshed out stick drawings.

Also wow, twenty ninja and not one of them could land an arrow on their targets. It also involved a getaway, that used smoke bombs, just like the ones the ninja themselves used to capture Batman in the first place...

If the trailers are any indication looks like you guys have done some great work. I'm looking forward to seeing Wan, Eska and Desna and Varric in action!

I really don't get the whole "horrible animation" claims toward Beware the Bold, whether or not you like the series design is one thing but the movement looks fluid to me. It's like a tweaked Green Lantern.
