Inoue only wrote a few episodes of Kuuga (surprisingly my 2 favorites). Inoue was the head writer of Agito.

PS Agito ended right before Inoue went insane too. All Inoue hater really should give his older work a try.

And fear of water is a real thing.
It's like being confused as to how people can be claustrophobic and still drive a car.
Being afraid of water doesn't mean you go into a mental break down when you take a shower...Most likely, given the context, he has a fear of open waters.

If I recall, there was a Rider <Anything> in the original series, before the concept of the Rider Kick becoming special.

I've watched more Fourze. Now that Meteor's shown up things are going to get interesting. More interesting than it already is I Hope.

Meteor definitely livens things up. Though I do feel that his eventual reveal to the rest of the group took way to long to get there. Although his reveal is brilliantly awesome.

I agree. The gang pulling the "Oh, where'd Ryusei go. Oh hey, look! It's Meteor!" so many times really did become a point of content after so long.

Still working on Fourze and I'm on 7. I noticed they fight a LOT during these episodes. Do they really believe in friendship or do they keep fighting like this the whole series? (well, up until the last ones, which were the only ones I saw up until now)

Isn't the rider throw more of a nod to OOO and Fourze first meeting, where Fourze flings OOO using magic hand?

Just checked out the first episode of OOO and really enjoyed it. Here are some of my initial thoughts;

- The opening with the Greed awakening and then taking out the Ridevendor squad was awesome. Definitely the best opening scene of the five rider shows I've watched.
- I'm not sure how I feel about Eiji yet. He's a good-natured idiot but I guess that will lead to much better character development over the course of the show. I liked how he was quick to try and use the gun on the Yummy too.
- I love Ankh.
- The coin-slot thing to make a monster is a little weird. I suppose not much weirder than human USB slots, but it threw me a little to begin with.
- The fact they addressed the belt's hilarious noises amused me no end :lol
- But most of all, damn the background music in this show is good.

So yeah, definitely looking forward to more :D

Nadeshiko literally had NO personality. Gen felt "True love" based entirely (No hyperbole, literally entirely) on her appearance.

He's still in high school man, it's young love. Sometimes it just strikes you. I'm also of the opinion that Megamax is one of the best rider films in years.

A to Z and God, Speed, Love are still both better. I will give Megamax credit for being the first crossover to not be a trainwreck.

PS The OOOs secton of Megamax is still mind numbingly boring, but the overall movie still works.

No, I didn't buy it. Gentarou having a crush is believable. But the levels they took it made it downright stupid.
Megamax was good, definitely leaps and bounds ahead of Core, but I'd take Let's Go or Episode Blue/Yellow over it.
