Is anyone here proficient enough in 3d design to create 3d printable gashats and a functional holding kimewaza holder?

Because a gashat already exist in the correct scale, it might actually be easier to cast and mold your own. You'd be surprised at how easy it is.

I suppose I could give it a try, how do you go about doing so?

This is a good one. You're only gonna need 4 things.

1. UV Resin - You might be able to buy this in arts & crafts stores. I bought mine online though when I tried it once.

2. Oyumaru Mold - Daiso Japan has these. Not sure if you have any of those there.

3. UV Flashlight or THE SUN - UV Resin hards with, of course, UV. So, you can either buy a UV Flashlight, light up the resin and have it harden within minutes or just put your mold out in the sun and be back in half an hour.

4. Sandpaper - to sand the excess stuff.

Bandai Hobby just unloaded a ton of Kyoukai Senki model kit announcements. Shion getting the FRS treatment as well. Would be an interesting kit to see considering she's not as complex in design as her contemporary girls in the line, but her clothes are loose.

Just watched the first 11 minutes so far, and I'm fairly interested. It's all cool to look at, it kinda looks to be a bigger push Bandai is doing compared to Back Arrow. Robot Spirits release, a ton of model kits, advertisement for the kits, and full blown 2D mecha.

Well, in September we’re seeing Fourze; in October the Trychaser and in December OOO. I’m wondering if with so few Heisei Riders left after that they might just start Showa or Reiwa soon?

Reiwa, I'd say. Would love to take a try at a Zero-One and a Saber. I would say it's impossible for Zero-One to form change, but I would love to see them include Flying Falcon parts.

For Saber, due to the nature of being a model kit, I think we might see him be able to form change which will give way to a Crimson Dragon kit which lets you have Dragon Eagle and Saiyuu Dragon.

In terms of Showa, I'd love to get Rider 1 and Stronger. Black RX and Shadowmoon too because obviously.

I feel that after they finish the Heisei 20, they're going to do a bit of everything. Do Reiwa, given it will have 3 to 4 main riders by then, do some Showa, all the while doing bikes and secondaries for all of the series.

Anyway, what do you guys want for the next bike? Personally, either Lazer or the Machine Builder. Lazer because he can double as a rider as well as a bike (probably with alternate blank eye stickers) and the Machine Builder because I really like Build.

Machine Builder and Hardboilder are absolutely my top picks! In my mind they’re the ones I most associate with a Heisei Rider as actually mattering after Kuuga, if that makes sense? Like, they feel more important than the Kabuto Extender or the Sakura Hurricane, etc.

I think it would be enormously funny if they did 01’s Rise Hopper when SHF didn’t

If Kamen Rider gains more popularity here in the West perhaps Bandai might start making model kits for almost every Rider and variation that exists out there. Think Gunpla and Dragon Ball kits; super huge franchises popular in the West that Bandai knows there will be always be a market for.

While that would be cool, I don't think I could keep up with a Gunpla-esque release date when I also collect other things, unless they'd reissue everything regularly.

It looks so good! Glad the driver is going to be transparent instead of a solid color like Zi-o. Looks like this figure has been painted with the exception of the orange on the chest. That's a sticker. The black lines on the suit and a lot of the driver details look painted on. It has me worried about how this is going to look without stickers or paint. We could be in for Ex-aid level sticker coverage with this one.

The Fourze Driver's red flips and handle would definitely be stickers.

I am curious as to what Fourze would look like without those black panel lining; there's absolutely no way they'd have the seams all pre-painted in the box, let alone provide tiny little stickers that serve to fill in the grooves.

Didn't they say at the start that they're going to use some special thing to paint all of the grooves?

Maybe we'll just have to wait to get better pictures. If you zoom in on the black lines in this picture, there's places where they missed a little lining. Maybe this is just an early model that doesn't have the shading mold yet?

Curious to see how the switches will be handled myself... either way the head turned out glorious!

I actually hope those lines are not pre-filled. Based on the image shown, I would want to panel line with grey rather than black.

Event photos are definitely wildly misleading. I'm still sour over how good W looked at events vs his final rendition!

I'm glad the Bandai blogs go into deeper detail for each kit as we get closer to release. That's actually really cool of them, and it shows how proud the designers are of their creations.

Haha I say all this as if any of it would stop me from buying the kits. I'm basically all in on the main rider kits. They've been awesome, and its just a matter of how much extra work I'm gonna have to do to them.

Basically this lol. After we got past Build and Zi-O, there's definitely been flaws in the line but overall they've just been fantastic

Usually for the accessories, they just say 'foil seal' for the stickers. But I guess the lines are being covered by this separate 'realistic decal'?

Got FRS Agito yesterday and was able to build it up.

I think its the easiest of all the kits so far. It has the least amount of stickers, least accessories, and the fastest build process. I only had to paint the blue jewel on the head, silver around the chest stone, and some black areas on the mask and belt.

It only comes with the emblem, 2 additional pairs of hands, and the unfolded head crest, which includes a second pair of eyes. The horns are easier to replace than I thought.

Finished figure looks great and feels solid. There was a surprising amount of leftover pieces on the runners. The nub placement however is not the best. And the particular silver they used is the type to guaranteed to leave marks; most notably on the jaw and the shoulder spikes.

I just got back into model kit building with Gunpla and the such after stopping since my high school days, I was SO pumped to see Kamen Rider have these Figure-Rise Standard model kits. I recently got my first one in Kamen Rider Double (Cyclone Joker). The model kit building is on a backburner at the moment because of life stuff but I'm so excited to get started on the Double model. I plan on getting Build and Ex-Aid next.
