There's still post production like voice overs which happens like a week to 2 week thing. It's why Gege had no voice around the same time his original actor left the role.

No, it's an example of how close together Post work is to the finished episode. While filming is 5-6 weeks before the episode airs, post work is a lot closer in the time frame for the episode. Gege didn't lose his voice because of COVID, he had no voice for like 3 episodes because of how sudden his original actor departed the role after it was found out he cheated on his wife LiSA before the current actor filled in.
But yes, If need be, Vroon's actor could deliver the lines at home for like a single episode.

So, no news or latest updates on AkaRed that was supposed to be appearing in Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger? He supposed to have a red 45 with a yellow/golden V on his left chest and the Roman Numeral XLV on his belt. Where is Tohru Furuya when Toei needs him the best? Is he busy and forgetting about the Sentai Anniversary event? If he won't show up, many Tokusatsu fans will be disappointed about this!

Seeing as Toei usually wraps filming for their toku about a month before the final episode actually airs, it probably has.
