Why is the SS cyclone skull so expensive?

Turns out that the GARO fig is just a reissue of the old Koga Seihou with a few bonus accessories. Which honestly I'm all for given how hard the original figure is to find nowadays. I'd know: I had to do it!

Thinking I'll get the reissue anyway, and repaint my original black to turn it into Jaaku.

I was just thinking: did that new version of Kaixa ever come out? Not the one from the movie, but the original suit from the show? I have not been paying attention to Figuart releases.

I definitely didn't expect to see Psyga. I'd be surprised if it ever saw the light of day, but I'd love to be proven wrong.
