Also, I just realized Book of Power was used in the team-up fight with all 10 riders as an instrumental.

Fukuda didn't write the final episodes because Takahashi wanted him to focus on Trio Of Deep Sin.

..Doesn't really explain the other times he's missing, but I can also maybe say that was also Takahashi-P's doing.

Nah I feel like this would probably explain why Fukuda is missing if Takahashi has this much pull. Especially given I think I remember it was his idea to force the Rider and Sentai Specials for Super Hero Senki even though both crews didn't really want to do it at first.

Reading a bit more into it, seems like Takahashi wanted Hasegawa and Sugihara's set up and keep it that way. And withdrew Fukuda from the crew and work on the V-Cin.

Is it okay to say I kinda want Takahashi off of Fukuda's back? :lol
Like, I really want Fukuda on the main chair for most, if not, all of the season.

Well that's certainly... worrying, going forward. Is this just going to be a thing now for Rider? Pre-requisite movies dragging the writer's attention away from the actual story?

If anything I'm more worried about how much pull the Producers have.

What with Zero-One's basically forcing the Job Competition Arc into existence and the way it did things because of reasons, and now for Saber, basically pulling the main writer away from the writers chair more often than not.
