Went ahead & transfered the lake guardian trio, Reshiram, & Palikia over to AS from OR via Pokemon Bank, currently finishing a Mauville Cafe battle royale, thing to get some more poke yen to buy more pokeballs to catch Dialga & Zekrom with *Thunderus aswell, when I get Castform anyways*.

Gave up on shiny Ho-Oh for a while and spent all of my time flying trying to get a Naive Deoxys. Even with a Synchronizer that took an obnoxious amount of time.

I evolved my Shiny Ralts into a Gardevoir, now i officially have two shiny Gardevoirs and a shiny Gallade... Might make them my secret base team.

And then there's Ganon the Emboar, i'm training him up as well as Pearls. I hope to have them at good enough levels soon.

Got Dialga & Giratina in AS now. Time to catch Zekrom & Kyurem, then the rest :lol.

I think Garchompite is for the Platinum rank not gold... I'll make it to that eventually but i'm not gonna put the effort

I just got omega ruby today and I am enjoying it so far but I have something that bugs me, I feel that the exp share is a tad to good, do you think it would be best to keep it on or not?

Depends on what you want to do. It is easy with it, since you will have a high-level team without having to train every Pokémon separately. But for someone like me who never trained his entire team before the league and always ended up beating the Elite 4 with the Starter-Pokémon alone, it was nice using a team throughout the story for once.

Turn it on or else you may run into the issue of having team members who are severely under-leveled.

If you're an experienced Pokemon player and/or good at keeping your team at equal levels, you won't need it. I didn't need it in XY or here.

I think I will turn it off, I have played the other games without it and I feel I can do well with out in this one.

You could keep in alternately on and off, if you wish. :) That's what I do, when I want to feel a bit of a challenge I turn it off, and when I just want to breeze through I turn it on again.

Huh, okay. :D I probably will get it after I beat the Elite Four or something. The thought of importing all my Gen 4 and 5 Pokemon into one spot is exciting. :D

So for past gen Pokemon, do the owner IDs remain intact? Or are they assigned new ones?

They stay the same. Thogh if all your characters are named the same in each game like mine are its hard to tell

I got two things to say right now:
1. I was fortunate enough to find a random Magikarp on the GTS that had an Enigma berry on it. Currently planned and waiting to see how many grow from it.
2. Pokémon showdown is on the Google play store now but it's currently in beta. The UI isn't that bad for it being in beta.

Hoopa has been officially revealed as well as that Japan is getting ANOTHER Shiny Rayquaza event. It also revealed the title of the new Pokemon Movie.

Man going to Gamestop was kinda annoying in the first place, but at least they had unlimited downloads. This whole code-thing is major BS.

Sorry but that's the first thing I think of when I hear Hoopa.

Or that you have to preorder something for the free code.

It was always a little annoying have to go somewhere for downloads, but the switch to codes is much, much worse.

The name of the movie is just one letter away from getting a lawsuit from Sega.

The workers at my local Gamestop aren't dicks, that's the only good thing about this mess. They are always friendly to me and they themselves are annoyed of the whole code-business as well, since they can't help but say that the codes are out. And not everyone takes this with grace, some butts think they deserve a code for coming there and start ranting and stuff.

I know one of the workers personally because I met him when I first came in for an event a year ago and he's a really nice guy who likes Pokémon too. He's so disappointed with the whole code thing, because before people came in calm and friendly, could go and get their Pokémon and had time for a nice chat between players.

Now with the codes everyone in the shop is your enemy, they started camping before the damn place the day the event began, it's madness.

I seriously hope this code-business disappears with the next generation. My instincts say no, because this is much easier for Nintendo than to send modules to everyone. But maybe they change it to an unlimited code-generator where you can get the code from the worker without the need of a card or something.

In the end Wi-Fi events would be better for everyone, but that's definitely not happening.

I just hope they fix the problem some of the Diancie codes had if Hoopa is given away the same way. Neither of my Diancie's had the guaranteed 3 31 IVs like the legendaries are supposed to have and I saw other people online saying this too.

I dove back into Gold recently. Male Nidoran to Nidorino is the most underwhelming evolution ever.

So I'm gettung back into the game right nw and I'm building a new team. Anyone got a poison heal Gligar/ Gliscor?

Also, finally got Omega Ruby on Saturday. Already completed the main story and Delta Episode. Transferred all my Shiny Pokémon from my X Version and got all the Mega Stones, old and new, Kyogre and Groudon's Primal Orbs, and taught my Shiny Rayquaza Dragon Ascent so he can Mega Evolve.

So I'll just ask this again but with another question as well

I have finished the main story of ORAS, including the Delta Episode! And honestly speaking, I am surprised by how much I enjoyed this game! I played it more out of a sense of needing to try every iteration at least once, but it ended up being possibly my favourite Pokemon game of all time.

The strange thing is I usually am not that crazy about these remakes to begin with. I didn't finish Leaf Green, and while I did go quite far in HeartGold, I didn't finish that either.

Bravo Game Freak. I didn't know I loved Hoenn that much, but now I know that I sincerely do. You've made what I consider to be the best Pokemon games of all time, which is a feat considering how much I enjoyed X. Here's hoping your next Generation VI game, Z or whatever it'll be, is even better, rounding out what is, in my opinion, the best Generation of Pokemon games!
