Try searching for youtube to MP3 player convertors, there's a few out there that lets you do it directly on the website, no software installation required. Won't post the link here...because I'm sure that's against site TOS.

Ooo... Imagine all the people I can annoy with "Shabadoobie Touch to Henshin" as a neverending loop on my ringtone...

Or you could wear a WizarDriver all the time and play it constantly
