This episode really turned things around. The premise was starting to get a little stale but this was a great episode. It's always nice to seea hero get his ass kicked for real and abrely survive.
On the topic of Wiseman/White Wizard, if they pull another Virgo with him I will be incredibly pissed. That story worked great for Emoto/Tachibana/Virgo having them play both sides. It would be incredibly lazy and uninspired to see them do that again. |

Like the past couple of episodes, this one seemed to just fly by. Overall, I like it well enough. The story continues to hold my interest, so that's a plus.
I thought last week that the reason the phantom lit a house on fire to destroy the gate was only because the writers couldn't cross the line and set a kid ablaze. After seeing the mom brutality in this episode, I'm worrying that that may not be far off :eyebrow |
Only thing is. . .if the White Wizard is actually Wiseman then who sent Haruto the new stone (in a white box, carried by a white Garuda)
Other things I enjoyed about this episode: -Wiseman chills much like the witch at the end of Suspiria, I see. -I laugh so much whenever the audio cue for the Kraken summon comes on. :) |
I really liked this episode, but I'd like it more if Shunpei wasn't in it.
