No, it's brand new. The only thing this Den-O Sword Form has in common with the Souchaku Henshin Den-O Sword Form is they are representing the same Rider form in toy form.

Do not adjust your monitor. You are not seeing things. Scorpio(n) will be retail release for July. Given how things have been going lately, seeing official images now means it should be going up for pre-order tomorrow.
