Hehe...I kid minor joke, but I agree on the voice just by showing more emotions in voice can be a while lot different then literally a robot made out of the factory. Take Soundwave from Transformers for example a pure robotic voice but yet he can show hints of emotions back in G1. Or Alpha from MMPR or even Navi from Gokaiger. |
But even Primes robot noises were more subtle unless it was a scene where they were specifically highlighting the robotyness. ie)the first movie

Honestly, I thought that was the best episode of Megaforce so far. And that's not just due to that epic new shot of Vrak changing forms.
The series is doing a great job of integrating the Warstar into the post-Warstar episodes, even if its just stock-footage base shots every so often. Robo Knight continues to be great as far as I'm concerned (guess I'm the only person who digs the robot noises), and this episode had plenty of new footage. Was nothing but win in my book. |

Actually, what I want to see is Robo Knight making a guest appearance on Arrow as Oliver's replacement for when he catches a cold. Just imagine: [Robo Knight bursts through the window of some rich big-shot (his face is obscured). Robo Knight walks over to him, pulls out his Robo Laser (in Sword Mode), pins the rich guy to the ground with his leg, and points the blade at his chin.] Robo Knight: Russell Crowe, you have failed this city! Russell Crowe: What did I do? Robo Knight: Your singing in Les MiserĂ¡bles pollutes the air of Starling City. Environmental threats must be destroyed. Russell Crowe: Who are you, Captain Planet? Robo Knight: I am Robo Knight, Protector of the Environment, Guardian of Earth. |
I like how Robo Knights everything the rangers say like he's getting acting lessons. To bad he started with Troy :lol
I enjoyed this episode. Didn't care much for last week's because the Captain Planet messages were to strong there, but this week was more about the team coming together. Much better. The unmorphed fight was fun. The Rangers show a surprising amount of character when they fight unmorphed. Need more of that. The episode alternated betwwen "It's Morphing Time" and "Go Go Megaforce" in this episode with "It's Morphing Time" only being used when the full team is present. I hope they keep it that way. Using both at the same time is just redundant (though I'd be happier if they'd just drop "Go Go Megaforce" altogether). Also, Mr. Burley is proving to be a great comedic relief. I hope denying him toasted sandwiches becomes a running gag. PS Robo Knight's draw pile is in his crotch. I need an adult! |
I enjoyed it. Yeah, RoboKnight's voice is annoying. Somewhat "redneck" even. Too much of a drawl. However, I did enjoy the new scenes that were custom made. You can tell a lot of work went into them.

I really enjoyed this episode! It was great all around. Not perfect, but I have no complaints. I started thinking though as I'm a Gokaiger fanboy I will do my best to separate it from Super Megaforce because I am enjoying this show and that may have a lot to do with not watching Goseiger.
