It is from Hikounin Sentai Akibaranger (2012), not a official super sentai, but it made by Toei, same as creator company of official super sentai series.

oh I know what series its from I just have never seen a toy that big made of their mecha

it was released to be in scale with Figuarts figures, damn expensive, but worth it
