I think Mystic Force Pink is the coolest looking Power Ranger in terms of females. It doesn't matter that Vida is kinda cheesy , she has a fantastic design.

It's a toss-up for me between DinoThunder Red, DinoThunder Black, the Mercury Ranger, and the Rhino Ranger. But if I had to pick one, it would be DinoThunder Black.
