Toy Sales were only below average because of the lack of a collectible gimmick. And the ratings are the second lowest ever. The show with the absolute lowest ratings currently being Ohranger.

You sure that's the reason? I mean, didn't Ace sell like mad? Surely lack of a collectible trinket wasn't the reason for low toy sales.

That would explain why this is slowly sounding like Kyoryuger v Abaranger v Zyuranger with a special appearance by Go-Busters.

When there's no trinket gimmick toy sales are worse for sentai and riders. The trend began with the Go-Onger engine Souls and progressed through the Gokaiger Ranger Keys. And while keys were still produced during Go-busters they weren't a driving part of it's toyline. Without something like that to drive it there was a substantial decrease in sales. Ace did indeed sell like crazy though.

Guys, would you please stop panicking about the movie before it's even finished?

The Go-Busters will for sure play a major role in this movie and not just have some lame cameo. Not only because they're part of the TITLE, but because they are not unpopular enough to reduce them to minor characters. If that was the case, they would have done so in Go-Busters vs. Gokaiger. Besides, the ratings are generally low these years- Kyoryuger may work a bit better with the fans, but it is far from the ratings Sentai used to have.
Also, there is a cast list that says Jin, Enter and Escape will return- if this IS true, we can be pretty sure the Go-Busters WILL be important enough to bring all of them back.
As for the other Sentai, I'm sure they won't make a dino-party out of this movie. The Zyuranger cast has mostly retired from showbusiness and Mochizuki Yuuta, for example, is in his late 40's (the Abaranger cast has also aged quite a bit)- they probably won't do a lot of action scenes out of suit anyway and I'm pretty sure they rather have a function as advisors anyway.

Geki is going to be the only Zyuranger in the film, the other four are just providing voicework so at the very least it looks like they'll be appearing in-suit at some stage.
