I'm happy to pay, as I said, but I'm not happy to pay blindly. If they bring the sets across, at a fair price, leave the content alone and only add subtitles, then that is worth my cash. |
This takes me back to the days of buying DBZ on VHS cassettes. Three VHS tapes released? $75! You want the DVD's instead? $110!

The anime fandom has grown up over the years since kids don't have ways to watch stuff like Attack on Titan or follow the news for newer shows. The anime for kids on TV these days is Pokemon, Digimon, Dragon Ball Kai, Yu-Gi-Oh and Naruto Shippuden.

Not surprised this bombed before even getting off the ground. High price, lack of subs, not really worth it. |
Not surprised, honestly. It was doomed to fail one way or another.

What a shock. An insanely priced, insanely limited, insanely lacking service doesn't even get released?
|
Sad that this had to be the case, but as has been said numerous times it is not at all surprising.
I still hold out hope for an officially released, subbed bluray set of Ryuki..even if it is just a pipe dream. |
