Of course since then I have found both Shinken Pink and Yellow for $44.00 each and I working on deal to acquire an inexpensive set of Shinken Blue and Green but that's far from being a done deal and should it happen, I still have no regrets about picking up this set. Outside of the box saying "Power(ful) Rangers", I don't have any issues with this set. ;) |
They look pretty sweet sitting on my shelf. And I like that Gold is almost shiny enough to fit in, so he doesn't look too bad posing with them.

I think I need that

What do we think the chances are of seeing a non-metallic regular release of all five in a box set? Maybe add Gold to.

When I started to collect Figurarts I decided I needed to own the main six because it was the show that introduced me to Sentai. I was curious about this five pack because it would not only be an easy(and much cheaper) way to get five of them but because it was *Shiny Metallic* figures.
Seeing these images I'm pretty much sold, I like how the metalic paint looks on most of them(Pink doesn't look good, but I doubt metallic pink would be able to look good in a photograph anyway) The only thing I'm a little worried about is the fact the shoulder pads, joints do not have the metallic sheen, how noticeable is it when they are displayed on a shelf? |
