Isn't Garo like really adult though with it's content? I'd love to watch it because it sounds interesting as all hell.

A few episodes have some nudity. It's not a boob-fest like Shougeki Gouraigan, though. The action isn't really that much more violent than any other tokusatsu, but the horror elements are more pronounced.
