The real question is will the final fight against Vrak be completely new footage. Gokaiger never faced Brajira, Shinkenger did in a team-up movie. Which means either they'll lose their Super power at some point to explain the lack of them in the final fight. Or just do all new footage for it.

And maybe all new footage. The finale of this series is the past rangers returning.

I wonder if keeping the Goseiger suits in this show, was just done deliberately so they can use Brajira at the end.

I'm guessing, as Power Rangers loves that gig, our Mega Rangers sacrifice their Legendary Powers to take down the Armada but just when it seems victory is in hand, Vrak appears in his final form and the Mega Rangers have to gear up for one final Mega Battle! They may no longer have their Legendary Modes, but that doesn't mean they can't go for a Mega Win with their Mega Powers.

That worked better in Wild Force and Ninja Storm considering the "we have no powers but we will still fight as Power Rangers" was done unmorphed.

It would be like sacrificing a TOS-1 missile tank for an M4 Carbine: yes it's a significant drop in power, but you still have quite a lot of power to fight back with. It loses the message of "you can be a hero even without superpowers."

I just thought of something. Dairanger is supposed to be in this series, remember? I wonder how they explain that one. I'm hoping not with "Alien Rangers" again. Saban is becoming History Channel.

Probably just something along the lines of how there were Power Rangers before MMPR and what not.

Rangers from ancient times. I like it, I like it alot. Now I wish he saves that for Kyoryuger.

Considering that the only part we've seen of the US Legend War is really empty because it only includes Rangers seen in the JP Legend War without sentai-only rangers in the screen suggests that there will be probably be minimal new footage in the finale.

I'm not convinced the Dairangers will appear. There's only 20 episodes and a lot of available footage, I think its more likely White Ranger will only be in the "All Sixth" change. Although considering Kibaranger was used 5 times outside of being summoned by Basco and 4 of those were alongside sentai-only characters, maybe they will do one new footage scene.

In what context? Like how Zyuranger's team was from ancient times and revived in the modern day? Or where the show takes place in the past?
