You could have made the final arc about Haruto's favourite pair of skinnies in place of Koyomi and had more emotional investment.

On 555/Faiz, instead of every character wielding the same belt, why not some of the main orphenochs become a rider.

Kaido on the other hand, he should've become Kaixa after Kusaka's death. Keitaro would've been Delta instead of Mihara.

Though instead of Kiba being Orga, how about the Orphenoch King if they rewritten his existence. Kiba would've been Faiz's dark side like say... Sigma.

I don't think there should always be a set number of Riders per show. What works for one will not work for others, and its good to break up the formula now and then.

I'm personally a fan of more Riders, but I do agree with the sentiment that more Riders =/= better. But yes, if you're going to go the 1/2 Rider route, those two better have a shit ton of forms to make up for a lack of new toys.

But again, if you can make more Riders work then I'm all for it. My favorite series are Ryuki and Gaim and those shows both rely on the idea of multiple Riders running around. As long as it's not treated like Kabuto where Riders drop off of the face of the planet and/or into the realm of irrelevancy for no reason (*coughcough* anybody not named Kabuto or Gatack *coughcough*) then I say it's good. But that's just preference for me because I think if you have a motif that lends itself to multiple different designs, one or two Riders won't be enough to get the most of that motif.
