How would you all feel about another family-themed Sentai? What would be a good motif for it if another one would come about?

I dont know but the current sentais looks like Family-themed to me.

I'm assuming he means Sentai where the team are actual family members. Fiveman, GoGoV, and Magiranger were all composed of siblings.

Plus Magiranger included the parents as extra heroes.
