Its actually supposed to be "Fuessule". That was the Belt gimmick in Kamen Rider Kiva :)

Nope, it's Fuessule. Y up to T is a reference to the past series:

Y- Fuessule- Fuestle- Kiva
X- Card- Decade
W- USBMemory- W
V- Medal- OOO
U- Switch- Fourze
T- Ring- Wizard

I believe S/Donottu and R/Totemupol refers to Haruto's love of donuts and Beast.
