I really don't see how Kabuto was beatable in that scenario. He literally stood there waiting to die. It wasn't a fight so much as a showcase of "Look! Decade really is the best!" When all of his opponents never really fought back.

Yes he does. He on several occasions while in Hyper Form clock up and go back a few seconds to stop something from happening.

Isnt god speed love kabuto n the show kabuto is the same? Even in the actual show hyper kabuto cn travel through time like shown during his first transformation into hyper kabuto

In the movie, the meteor destroyed a lot more and evaporated Earth's oceans, sure the Kabuto Zecter might be the same, but maybe Zect engineered God Speed Love's hyper Zecter to be a lot more powerful due to the drasticness of the situation.

Kuuga is physically one of the strongest, Ryuki can become literally untouchable as he can use any reflective surface to enter and exit the mirror world, Blade can control time to a limited extent, Den-O can freely travel through time, etc etc.
