I might have missed some, and I'm not counting vehicles and the CGI budget. Gaim has a metric assload of assets. I can completely forgive the redecoes, especially when they're pretty cool.
Uh you missed Bujin Gaim, Fresh Orange, and there were three other overlords not two.

Uh sorry I didn't get them all, dude. But yeah, those two Gaim variants count, and you're right, there were three. (I kept thinking the turtle was an Invess since it was so irrelevant)

Well, they mentioned that the Energy arms weren't interchangeable, meaning that it's not a matter of suits, but different pieces of armor that could go onto their base suit. Only thing they'd need to make a bunch of is the helmets, due to the difference in visors.

Then there was Gaim as Durian and Donguri arms for the movie, and DArk/Yami Jinba Arm Gaim.

Yup. They mentioned that when Baron Lemon Energy Arms was created.
