So is this guy part of Kamen Rider or is he a metal hero? Cause being able to remove the brain seems like something a robot can do. I have limited knowledge on metal heroes and riders

Neither. He's from Android Kikaider - a completely unrelated toku franchise by Shotaro Ishinomori.

This is best Hakaider - both in terms of design and character :D the Violator and REBOOT versions have their merits, but nothing quite beats this one for me.

The best thing about this figure is that despite being relatively simple, it gets absolutely everything right. In terms of sculpt and execution its pretty standard as far as Figuarts go (so, nothing really in comparison to the Ryuki, Blade or Gaim guys) but is ridiculously fun to mess around with just looks awesome in any pose. One of my favourite figures this year for sure.

So much that I'd buy it another four times if they repaint it into the Kikaider 01 Hakaider Squad.

Dat chrome gun tho, seriously though I like the older designs of Kikaider.

I'm not really fond of the Kikaider aesthetics, but Hakaider certainly looks like a much better figure than Kikaider himself was. The sculpt is impressive, and I really like the functionality of the removable brain. That gun is really cool too, I'm almost tempted to get this guy just to have that!

I'm hoping to see that myself. But it has to have a backdrop of an evil Kikader in order to complete the look in a sense.

Onto my thoughts about Saburo: I'm glad the quality of the build has improved and having a replacement shin is neat if you don't want the figure holding the gun all the time. I do worry about losing the brain since it can be removed but overall he's certainly head and odd shoulders above Kikader.

As mush as I dislike the original Hakaider design (mostly the stupid "grin"), that removable brain thing is a nice touch. Maybe I'll get a reboot Hakaider if the ever make one.

He looks good...though to be fair I'd rather just got for the old RAH of him and save a lot of money. Now if this was the Mechanical Violator version though I'd grab it like Pooh Bear grabs honey.

I think the figure looks really nice and I like the image of AC Duke having Hakaider's brain in his hands.

Heys its Doctor Ryouma! Or uh... That other guy! Hakaider has a weird design to me, but compare it to Kakaider and they both look good together.
