I'm thinking about something Robin Hood-like.

The main hero taking on various sea creature forms.

Part of me can't help but point out that there were dinos used in OOO. Putotyra, his all purple armor. But that's just one suit combo. I do agree that they should have a full series dedicated to the dino motif though.
