I'm sorry, but if you can't figure out how to torrent, I don't know what to say. It's incredibly easy.

Literally all you do is download a bittorrent client like µTorrent or Transmission, you download a torrent file from NYAA.eu, you open the torrent, and you wait for it to download. That's all there is to it.

Go download Dynaman and upload it to your Youtube channel for the kid to watch, rather than being a gigantic ass and not only telling someone that their choice of show in a franchise filled with differing styles is irrelevant, but then telling them to get out the fandom because they're limited to their phone when it comes to torrenting a 50 episode show.

Lucky you, I actually found something. Millionfold Curiosity is currently subbing Dynaman, and someone who downloaded the torrents uploaded the videos into a Mega folder which means you can easily download the episodes directly:

There are only 19 episodes now since that's how far Millionfold Curiosity is, but that means you have at least those to watch while you wait for more. I'm guessing the person who created it will also update the folder once Millionfold Curiosity releases more.

Seriously kid, if you're just starting out watching Toku don't start with anything pre-90's. Unless for some reason you're used to watching stuff from that era you'll be turned off. I use Kissasian with adblock (well, Ublock Origin) for most things and while I'm not sure if google chrome for mobile supports extensions, you could try. If you really want to watch Super Sentai, Zyuranger, Dairanger, and Kakuranger are all pretty good if you're looking for something older, and I hear that Zyuohger, the current series, is pretty good too. If you watch a lot of anime Kamen Rider Gaim might be a good starting point, that's where I started.

This pretty obviously isn't his first series though. He already mentioned that he has been watching Super Sentai on KissAsian.

KRDL is a website that offers direct download links to episodes of Sentai, Rider, and various other toku shows. It doesn't have everything, but it does have a lot.

Unfortunately, that's a problem. Toku isn't really widespread enough in popularity to be easily accessible. Most of the English subtitles are done by fansubbing groups - that is, people who translate and subtitle the shows for fun, because they like the shows and want to help other people watch them. However, being unofficial subs, there's a limited number of places where they could actually put those subs. A lot of them get taken down due to copyright claims. If you're seriously limited to your phone, you're probably going to have to just take what you can find. It's not ideal, but it's better than nothing - even if it's not the series you're necessarily looking for, a sentai series is still a sentai series. Watch what you can and love it.

As somebody else mentioned, there are a couple of officially subbed series that you can buy on DVD. Shout! Factory has released Zyuranger, Dairanger, and Kakuranger, with a release of Ohranger coming out sometime soon. These sets usually cost around $40 though, which...while it's a pretty reasonable price, can be hard to afford depending on your financial situation. Some people will tell you otherwise, or make you feel bad about not being willing to spend the money on it, but don't listen to them. If you can't afford that, there are a couple of cheap DVD releases of older shows. I picked up the complete first season of Ultraman for about $7. There's a few other Ultra shows, as well as Super Robot Red Baron, Iron King, and a couple of others for similarly low prices. While they're not Super Sentai, they're still Toku and still very enjoyable.

I would recommend checking out KRDL. It doesn't have everything, but it does have a lot. If you're afraid of getting in trouble for downloading stuff, you could always move the files to a flash drive or other kind of USB memory device. You can still watch them from a computer's media player if they're on the USB, or you can plug it in to a Playstation or whatever you have and watch them there (in my experience, PS3 plays just about any video file, PS4 only plays some, and last I checked Xbox 360 doesn't play anything that's not official. I would double check just to be sure if you go this route.) If you can't do that...well, you could always delete the episodes once you finish watching them. Nobody will know :lolol
