But Ninja Turtles doesn't need to rely on Nostalgia. Their toys flooded the shelves when the Nick cartoon started, and before that, the 2003 series was pretty popular, too (I dunno how well Fast Forward or the 07 movie did for toys, though)

Both valid points but the only other toy line that I could even use as a reference that has that kind of consistency is wrestling.

As TMNT fast forward and 07 fast forward was what killed the show heck it never even finished they jumped a season and then had 3 Shredders the movie wasn't bad but it's toy line was well minimal

Also TMNT is up there with Power Rangers for me the in space crossover was the best with the worst turtles show

That's about what I think. MMPR is the one everyone most remembers. Zeo and beyond might be known, but nowhere near as popular as the original show was.

Sorry but in my opinion that logic is stupid.

I don't see a Tor with die-cast parts and a hefty enough plastic shell to hold the TMZ to be a very profitable product. With just the size and price of something that big you're already turning people off, plus the final combo in my opinion isn't very rewarding. You can't even see the White Tigerzord with it. Plus, you'd have to convince Toys R Us to put the thing on shelves, which might be hard considering the size of him. I know there's a lot of people that say they want Tor but I feel like so few of them will be willing to shell out the probable $300+ for him.

It is a double edge sword by supporting something bad it encourages the bad to continue however if you give up because you don't like the cover of the book but actual book is legit then you many never get more. My examples are simple here I supported The new Ninja Turtles movie even though the turtle designs are stupid and we got a sequel that well gave us everything we wanted but had no substance and did some characters completely wrong. My other example is the DMC game it got boycotted by fans sold like garbage even though they game was solid and very fun it was an early example of #NotMY____. So I take the stand supporting it helps the brand is some way. I'm hopeful for better but I take the Bad and remember what i loved about it. I honestly didn't need to make this explanation but here is my logic behind that statement

I have the original Tor and it is basically compatible with the Legacy Thunderzords. The main set sits on it just fine and the White Tigerzord sits in there great though I do recommend removing the tail so it doesn't get bent. A Legacy Tor would be a simple make. Just keep the old mold, trade stickers for a decent paint job, maybe a little neck articulation, and there you have a $60 to $80 Legacy Tor.

honestly I'm refurbushing my tor i'm going to order a new sticker sheet and some of the replacements parts i need from ebay it will take some time in the long run but it would be cheaper I think. Also need to dig out my serpentara last time i saw it was in good shape

I'd love Thunder Megazord, but not paying full price for it. If I'm gonna drop $200 on a mecha, I'll go for the Soul of Chogokin Voltron.
