I always felt that ninninger was basically shinkenger 2.0
Less drama and more comedy tho.

I agree that the writer will be a questionable one I can give them a slide with Ghost only because that was a mess but Ninninger that is a different story. Does anyone know what episodes this writer has done, because I really like this idea but I also Liked Ninninger's idea before the crap show aired.

The Gaim episodes, except for the last two, were done with Urobutchi. The episodes Mouri did solo tied into film projects. (Kikaider Reboot and the summer movie) He's also done a couple of other VS movies.

Ghost is all over the place and its hard to accurately judge anyone but the head writer and producer, I think. You get this stretch of almost three months without the head writing doing an episode. Around episode 38/39, the TV Asahi producer is given the chief producer credit over the Toei producer. (something that happened from the beginning with Ex-Aid and will happen with Kyuranger)

Oh god, he did the worst episode of Ninninger!!! "The Kunoichi that Loved Yakumo." In fact, he did all of the Love Yakumo episodes.

Hmm I have no clue about Ninninger, but he has done episodes that I liked. Ugh I hope he can do the job because this seems like the series will be a little dark.

Well considered that the villain has already taken over the whole universe even the earth! It's obviously this one will be darker than Zyuohger

Ehh, I wont worry too much. With an ending song title like Kyutama Dancing it probably will fluxuate from bright to gritty depending on the story. Now if the show was gritty all the time and Kyutama Dancing was a slow sad ballad where they have the rangers do depressing interpretive dancing that would be hilarious.

It is still possible that they could go a route that can make it not so dark. From the little bit of sentai I have seen I can tell anything is possible.

I doubt it unless they're suddenly angling for a slightly older demographic. Sentai has been trending lighter in tone for years. The simplicity of the toys this time around leads me to suspect they're still aiming for very young viewers, so I can't see them getting too dark, regardless of what the premise is. Consider how Space Empire Zangyack was played in Gokaiger: they were supposed to be successful galactic conquerors, but it was completely undercut by their buffoonish Emperor.

Well the premise say it take place in a future and the whole universe and even earth was taken over by so called Jack Matter.

That's name sound like a businessman than empire.

Anyway, you could say Kyuranger is in Villain World like Samurai Jack when Aku take over the earth. Kind of
