and like the fool I am (that and I was rushed..), I picked up book 2 and 3 of Vol 1 of ultimate spider-man and book 1 of Volume 2 of ultimate spider-man...

So it was a pretty big but admittedly less toku than I expected haul. Still didn't see the Octozord or Bull zord from samurai either...

EDIT: Oh and a load of magic the gathering cards which I happened to get into whilst there =]

Blay Buckle is as "meh" as I expected and Gai is definitely nice!

I ran to my local Vintage Stock and found this dude for 15 bucks. He's incomplete, but he had both claws AND the friggin' chain.

He was caked in dirt so I completely disassembled him and cleaned it up. I got some free, vintage bug corpses in the process.

How much did Gai cost you?

I got him from CSToys for about $63 (before shipping). He doesn't come with a stand (which is a little lame considering he's an exclusive with very little in terms of accessories but oh well) but I want to own all of the Ryuki Figuarts.

I got mine for less than $63 after shipping from mandarake :D
I also got Akiba Blue today but one of her gold head crests is missing the gold paint :(. I'll probably just fix it with a gold gundam marker.
