Well if you can stand HK subs that might take a minute to correct their english issues and have some episodes go out of sync, you could watch it now. I can't recall which fan group but one did start, but never finished.

The Zyuranger subs on my DVD set look fine to me. I'm not a fan of flashy text on subs and using words like "Baka" and "Onii-Chan" in subs. I like things more professional seeing that not everyone is a weeb that knows these types of things.

They've been getting sloppy as of late, rushing subs out that are inferior to fansubs

I hear Megaranger's got some outright mistranslations but the issues are mostly low effort, which ruins characterization and shows they're rushing it

Carranger has an episode where the subs just stop near the end.
