You're clearly basing this entirely on gender, because Patren #2 would be way easier to convince than #3 if you actually took their personalities into account.

Noel/X's teamwork plan:

Yellow + Green (easy): Green will be shocked to find that the love of his life was all along a thief.

Blue + Pink (medium): Both could share tragedies or something.

Twin Reds (hard): Those two will be difficult to cooperate with his plans. Thief Red would accept but Cop Red refuses and rather see both thieves in bars for X's deception.

Nah, Lupinblue I can see being easy too since he's very logical and cool-headed.

He's also straightforward and very skeptical of everything. He's always the first to be willing to turn on the cops whenever they have a shaky alliance and typically has to be stopped by Red or Yellow.
Blue I can see being the hardest to convince.

i hope lupin-x gets a proper henshin sequence when noel transforms from his human form.

No clue why but I really liked how he switches to control the other train by sliding and rotating through them both. Also like like his weapon more now even though I wasn't big on the design.

I'm surprised how much I like the new guy, he fits into the show very well. The only thing I found a bit dumb is how OP his defence is... his Halo energy shield blocks everything, even attacks from a giant monster.

It would be cool if they could take advantage of that later, like his shield gets hacked and that brings his power level down. Instead of it happening automatically once the new toy factor wears off.

Thats just me nitpicking though, it's nothing new for Toku that the new character is super strong at first.

I think the other fun part is that his gimmick is completely antithetical to a lot of sixth rangers. Usually there is a massive fight for both the sixth and original team to work to together. In this case its probably the fact that Noel wants them to work together for a common cause and that he's on their side.
