The one with fewer paint apps is the "Non-Transforming, Lights & Sounds" Version while the other one is clearly the new Deluxe Transforming Version of all Zords combined!

After comparing that photo with the Great Go-Buster, it's clear that the "True" Beast-X Ultrazord will be somewhat taller and more "streamlined" than Great-Go-Buster, which looks like a bunch of parts smashed together!
