Ah my poor Ultra-villains popularity thread, I ended up not continuing due to a lack of interest.

In terms of Ultra-lore, Alien Empera and Reiblood come to mind as the powerhouses among the villains. I would've said Vacuumon too since he's like a planet-consuming Galactus-typee, but Ultraman Jack whooped him with the Ultra Bracelet.

For Ultraman, there's Grand King, Demonzoa, U-Killersaurus Neo, Dark Zagi, Zero Darkness, Saga's Hyper Zetton, Etelgar (?), etc.

Typically those fighting Fusion Ultras, or Super Ultras.
