Would be nice if TaMaShii came with a fireball effect. Just recolor the Hadoken effect from their Street Fighter line red and throw it in there.

So typically, how does one get a Tamashii Nations exclusive again? Do they go up on premium bandai eventually?

Well it may be different this year, hopefully easier. I think usually the figure of the more recent Rider gets a wider release later, while the older character may get a raffle release or something. But the website says that details on how to obtain the figures will be released September first (Japan time, so today/tomorrow)

And this is how it'll work:

Pre-sale for all individual six figures from September 10th to September 11th for special Club Tamashii members.

Figures in Group A (the Toku stuff) on September 14th for everyone on a first come, first served basis.

Another chance at all individual six on September 23rd.

And finally on the day of the event, another chance at the 5 figures via lottery, except Shining Hopper who will be able to be ordered normally.

So if you want Shining Hopper - good chance a middleman will offer it. Although they explicitly warn people not to fraud the system as purchases are limited to one per customer, but I bet people will find a way to make this work to sell them to us.

Oh, and just for clarity’s sake: No one of us will be able to buy anything, the general Premium Bandai rules apply here, only Japanese customers are allowed to purchase.

Orders open on the 14th at 12:00 and 18:00 o'clock, and then again September 23rd 18:00.

I assume there's no "end" listed because the set stock won’t last long.

@Topic: I’m very surprised Shining Hopper is getting special treatment. Not that I'm complaining, but still.
