Akaranger and Big One are legitimately some of my favorite ever Sentai designs, so this makes me happy even beyond the usual level of love I have for a good retro throwback. All this show needs now is a Battle Japan homage somewhere in there...

Akaranger is -the- favourite Sentai design for me, so yeah; can't say this doesn't excite me too! I've been looking forward to it since the rumour and this does not disappoint; Zenkaiser is already one of my big favs.

If this season really is all about legacy mecha, it's shaping up to be the perfect show for me.

Well I was not expecting this! Well I wonder what the other Rangers will look like? More of a crossover between Gorenger and the Big One?

To me he looks like a cross between Kamen Rider Mach and Akaranger with the shield of Dragon Ranger thrown in. I wish his cape was a bit longer though.

This new design is okay, I like it, it resembles the old first and second Super Sentai teams leaders. I think this is the red one, the design is good for red, I wonder what the other colors will look like.

I also got the same feeling that this looks like Mach and other ranger.
