By "like Naki" do you mean Genderless/Agender/Non-Binary? If so, in the case of Naki it's my understanding Takahashi did that to reflect the actor's gender identity, rather than it being Takahashi's idea from the start. I've heard Takahashi did include a trans character in the main cast of "The High School Heroes" however, so it does seem like gender identity is something that has been on his mind in his recent works, so I suppose it is possible we could see something related to to that topic in Geats as well?

That's true, historically in Kamen Rider themes about gender-identity as well as sexuality definitely have been left "unstated" and simply been "implied". I certainly wouldn't expect anything quite as direct as the dialogue I've seen from HSH... So, while I do think it's possible we could get smth handled more subtly similar to how Naki was handled, I'm just not sure if we have reason to expect it right now, other than that it seems to be smth on Takahashi's mind lately
